The competition of the sixth stage is again completely in the forest. Partly, the terrain includes detailed contour relief with big differences in altitude, but it has fewer cliffs than in the first stage. Most of the time, running feels like on a carpet, but the visibility can be limited in places due to the variety of vegetation. As is always true in the Flims forest, it is advisable to always know the exact location. The finish is directly in the competition centre.

The most important in brief:

• The direct hiking trail from Laax Staderas to the Sport Centre Prau la Selva is closed to orienteers before and after the competition (competition area).
• Luggage can be deposited in the CC.
• First start: 09:00, distances to the starts 25 to 50 minutes
• Public car parking: Stenna parking, Flims Dorf or rocksresort parking, Laax Murschetg
• Bicycle parking: near the bus stop, Flims Waldhaus, Camping
• Award ceremony: 16:00 in the SOW Event Centre, Flims Dorf, followed by the ceremony for the overall ranking
