The running area of the fifth stage offers a fantastic view of the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona. And yet one should not let that distract you. The terrain includes countless contour details, many knolls and cliffs. Grassy areas alternate with limestone pavement with lots of small crevasses and holes, and slate areas that are crossed by small gullies and streams. Individual cliff ledges mark differences in altitude. The terrain once again allows a high running speed. The finish is directly in the competition centre.

• Bikes are not transported with the mountain railroads
• First start: 09:00, distances to the starts 30 to 45 minutes
• Public car parking: Stenna parking, Flims Dorf
• Bicycle parking: near the valley station of the mountain railways
• Award ceremony: 19:00 in the SOW Event Centre, Flims Dorf
