The running terrain of the fourth stage stretches across open, sloping alpine pastures intersected by a few smaller and larger ditches. Visibility is good when the weather is nice, however, it is advised to pay attention to the small terrain forms especially to few rock fields and limestone pavement with lots of small crevasses and holes. The area allows a high running speed. The finish is directly in the competition centre.

Special considerations: 

• The ditches and streams bounded by symbol 201, impassable rock face without drop lines, drop abruptly and deeply and must not be crossed under any circumstances.

• First ascent: 07:30 from Flims Dorf, mountain railways
• Bikes are not transported with the mountain railroads
• First start: 09:00, distances to the starts 30 to 45 minutes
• Public car parking: Stenna parking, Flims Dorf
• Bicycle parking: near the valley station of the mountain railways
• Award ceremony: 19:00 in the SOW Event Centre, Flims Dorf
