Four different training terrains are waiting for you to be explored. All training areas are easily accessible by public transports. For all those who stay in the destination Flims Laax Falera, the local bus is included in the guest card.
The trainings are open from 10 until 21 July 2023. The maps with all controls as well as proposed courses can be bought at Flims Laax Falera Tourism Office in Flims, at the WOC Event Center in Laax Murschetg as well at the Swiss O Week information desk.

The controls are marked with a traditional orienteering flags, but there are no SI units. If you want, you can use the MapRun app to record your own split times on the suggested courses and (voluntarily) make them available to others on the Internet. You can find the information about MapRun here.
