These are possible from 1st June, 2011 to Friday 15th July, 2011, in the challenge and holiday classes only.

The entry fee includes the race transport from the SOW Centre rockresort or from Flims cable car station to the races. The shuttle between Trin (campsite)-Flims-Laax-Falera is also included.

When a parent and two children (up to 20 years) have entered the entire SOW, the entry fees for all subsequent children will be refunded. All family members must be entered under the same payment number. The entry fees for the third and every further child will be refunded on production of an official ID (e.g. passport) for all family members at the SOW Centre rockresort after the races from 1st August.

Teams of up to 6 persons (e.g. couples, families or groups) are allowed in the challenge and holiday classes only. All members of a team must complete the course together. All members of a team and their year of birth must be listed on the entry form (for race transport reasons). The oldest should be listed as team leader. Only give the SI number of the team leader.

After the entry process, payment is possible with VISA, Mastercard, Yellownet or an international bank transfer.

The entry is only valid when the complete payment has been received.

The entries can be checked in PDF form at any time by using the personal login on www.go2ol.ch/sow.

The entered runners will be listed on www.swiss-o-week.ch, under Entry/participants', once payment has been received. Please check that all details are correct.

Please contact the information of the Swiss O Week info@swiss-o-week.ch if the names of the runners have not appeared 20 days after payment has been made.

Entries at the reduced fee will be accepted up to Monday 31st January, 2011 (date of receipt of payment)

Entries at the normal fee will be accepted up to Tuesday 31st May, 2011 (date of receipt of payment)

Late entries are only possible in the challenge and holiday classes and up to 15th July, 2011 (date of receipt of payment including surcharge for late entries).

Changes can be made on the SOW entry portal www.go2ol.ch/sow free of charge up to 31st May, 2011.
Later changes of SI card/class or year of birth/name/club/start time request cost CHF 10. The charges for changes are to be paid when collecting the race documentation.
Class changes are not possible after 30th June, 2011.

Start places can be offered or sought on the Swiss Orienteering forum www.swiss-orienteering.ch/community/forum.
Any payment is to be decided by the runners themselves. The organiser must be informed of all changes made, see under 'Changes' above.

Cancellation of race entries is possible but costs 10% of the total fee up to 31st May, 2011, 30% up to 30th June, 2011, and 40% up to 23rd July, 2011. No cancellations can be accepted from Saturday 23rd July, 2011 (date of receipt), onwards. However, see under 'Free start places' for the possibility of passing start place on.

It is only possible to enter single days (days 1 to 6) in the seven challenge and holiday classes. These entries can only be made at the information at the SOW Centre rockresort or by email to info@swiss-o-week.ch by 18.00 on the evening before the relevant day. The race documents must be collected by 19.00 the evening before the race.
